The sales staff are professional, but I would only buy a Jeep from John Barbo! He is a gentleman, professional, friendly and most importantly does not pressure you. He answers all your questions and truly works with you to get the best price! I felt as if he was in my corner.
I have overheard another salesperson here brag about how much they were making from a sales, and convinced the client to finance here.
This is not the case I have experienced with John.
Although they have a service department here, but it is closed on weekends, which is extremely inconvenient, further they are highly expensive compared to other expert auto mechanic shops up the road that are also ASE certified. I would only go there if I thought the repair was covered under warranty.
