I am an extremely satisfied customer, I can't say enough nice things about Guthrie Construction. Tim and his workers did a wonderful job working on our house. They do very high quality work and I could tell that customer satisfaction is very important to them. He promised us that it would be done right and that he would personally see to that, and that is exactly what happened. Any issues or questions we had, he very happily and patiently answered, even when we ended up adding on some additional requests to the original job. His workers were all very courteous and friendly, and they clean up after themselves very well, they didn't leave a speck of dust to have to clean up. I felt comfortable having them in my home and they were all very easy to get along with and very thoughtful of the job we were wanting done. They are very skilled and talented and even though they're primarily roofing/siding/construction, they seem to be able to do a little bit of everything. Tim stuck to the original price he quoted us and was true to his word. I think his pricing is very good for the quality of work they do and he's actually very reasonable compared to some other estimates we had done. Additionally, their work is top quality and I feel very fortunate that we chose him to do the job because I feel like it was done right and that he took very good care of us. Guthrie Construction is definitely a 5-star business and Tim runs his business very well with customer satisfaction as his #1 priority. We will definitely be repeat customers and will use Tim and his workers for any future work we need done. They are wonderful!
