Prompt, Professional, and Pleasant: We are delighted with our new tankless water heater, which works like a charm. Very economical with both gas and water, almost noiseless, and small and space-saving up on the wall.



As the daughter of a mechanic, I was impressed with the skill evident in WP&H's neat and tidy installation job--impeccable. It looks great even with the cubby door open. The crew was very polite and pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves. Worth every penny! And they've got my repeat business for sure.



Last, as one small but telling indication of Mr. Perry's ethics, it turned out they had to install a new electrical box because the available plugs were taken up by the fridge and washer. I offered to pay extra for this, but Mr. P. stuck to his original quote, saying "a bid's a bid."
