Susan Cobb-Starrett at State Farm has been great! We needed a more in-depth explanation on our "umbrella" policy. Her associates were wonderful and quick to respond with an explanation. Susan actually followed up with a phone call to explain all details of our policy to ensure we fully understood. Susan Cobb-Starrett has been my State Farm agent for years for my Life, Auto, and Homeowners Insurance. In fact, my daughter who was receiving only mediocre service from her State Farm agent in another county, switched to Susan. Susan is absolutely wonderful!

Susan and her team are very professional, super caring and courteous. Whenever I have called with a question or concern, it was taken care of promptly and swiftly. My parents have been with them for years and I followed in their footsteps. I recommend going with Susan and her excellent team, you won't find anyone better.
