Norfolk TN are scam artists

We have had nothing but issues with Norfolk TN. They use poor quality subcontrators and they do mot fulfil they warranty promises. The salea experience was bait and switch. Nothing but issues from day one. You call, and you are ignored. Major issues are ignored until after your one year mark, then thet tell uou it ia mot their problem. I despise the day I signed a contract with Norfolk. Look at other reviews of Norfolk homes before you buy. You will run, run run. If Michagan is better than okay. But stay away from Norfolk FRANKLIN.

We are so sorry to hear of your negative experience in 2011. Unfortunately, past warranty issues in TN that were corrected still linger in old reviews. Although it's difficult for any builder to have flawless warranty service, we have had many years of success building thousands homes for many happy homeowners throughout Southeast Michigan.

I would for sure use them again!!!!

We moved over here from the other side of the state and used Norfolk to build our home. This is the 3rd home we have built. They are so awesome. Quality construction with exceptional service. They are with you from the begining to the end. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I would for sure use them again and again!!! Ginger
