Came out twice charged me over $200 and still didn't fix the problem. They wanted more $$$ to come out a third time. I called another plumber who fixed the problem in 20 minutes and charged me a total of $40

They were professional-sounding and prompt, but when they ran their augur through the side of the pipe and water poured through the ceilings on the first floor, it was "sayonara." At least they didn't charge us for the visit ... but they did want us to sign a form saying they had left it in satisfactory condition. They take no responsibility for damage, so before you have somebody use big power tools on your pipes, be confident that your pipes can take some pretty rough handling.
