This is quite possibly the worst business in professionalism and courtesy to its customers. If customers are the meat and potatoes of a company, this business should be starving! My dryer went out, I have a stackable unit, and called my landlord to address the situation. He then called Master Tech. I originally had an appointment for a couple days out only to have, and at the last minute, the appointment canceled. I was rescheduled only to be canceled AGAIN. When I finally got an appointment the technician never came!! I was given a window of 12-5pm someone called me at 5 from the office saying the tech was on the way.. I'm writing this now 30 minutes past my appointment window time. My advice to any future customers. .. keep looking for a company that realizes that the customer is an integral part of their very existence. Master Tech does not care about their customers at all. I will NEVER EVER use this company's service again. I wouldn't have to begin with as their ratings are low... No wonder why.

I have been using Master Tech for years. My Sub Zero stopped cooling and unfortunately they could not get someone to my house for 3 days so I decided to try another repair company that could get someone out the next day. The other company came out and stated it would be $2100 to do the repair and $1800 if I joined their preferred customer program. Being a little hesitant I had Master Tech out later in the week. John came out had the part needed on his truck and repaired my refrigerator for $620. This was after I shared the quote from the other company.

No wonder why.Also, when I called to express my disappointment in the way I had been treated the man answering the phone mocked me when I told him that this was the worse service that I had ever received he said, yes yes, I know we're a bad company.. I just hung up. Pay attention to the more recent reviews of this company. We can't all be wrong.
