For starters, I have been coming to this location for about two years. The service is poor and rarely are the pizzas ready.



This evening, I decided to pick up a pizza. After waiting in line for about 12 minutes, I was behind a woman who decided that the cheese pizza she received was bellow satisfaction. The server gave the customer a new pizza and threw the first one on the floor. The second pizza was not good enough, so the server again threw the pizza on the floor. The third (and last pizza) was given to the customer and since no other pizzas were available, she accepted and went about her business. I asked for a pizza, and of course was told I would have to wait.



Not only is there now a room full of unsatisfied customers, there is a pile of pizzas on the floor that everyone gets to look at. I ask to speak to the manager, and not only is he rude, but he offers me nothing, not even an apology. Just a remark that I will have to wait for another pizza to be ready. I ask to speak to the owner and he tells me that it is a corporation and that this location is not a franchise (which I will investigate further).



I feel that this service is terrible. Had it never been though that perhaps opening the box for the customer BEFORE handing the pizza to them would be a better procedure than blindly handing a a pizza over to a customer for their own approval? This would eliminate the need to throw pizzas on the floor in front of hungry customers.



In closing, I will not return to this location and I doubt I will return to any Little Caesars Pizzeria again.
