Provided by YP.comI was traveling from Traverse City to U of M hospital when my car started making a terrible loud noise like I was dragging a trash can! I called Hoover to see if they would look at it after my appmt & they said come in & just go to the desk.
When I got there, they immediately came out to look at it. They determined that a plastic shield had broken loose and was dragging. I was told it wasn't a safety issue. They cut off the dragging portion & secured what they couldn't remove, so I could make it back home to Traverse City.
They were super nice & accommodating & they didn't even charge me!
If I lived in Ann Arbor...they would be my "go-to" auto repair shop!

Provided by YP.comDo not visit if your counting your nickles. It takes a lot of money for ANY shop to really fix your car. This place isnt going to engage is half- work. its going to leave 100% or you can take off un-touched by their crew.

Provided by YP.comI had to get my car fixed when I was in town and didn't know where to go. Someone recommend Hoover St. so I checked them out. I've never had such good service from an auto shop. And the prices were right too. I highly recommend them to everyone.
