Last winter I had an ice dam. Jim Jackson came out to assist. He quoted $300-$600 depending on how long it would take and said he would replace the gutter piece when weather got warmer (as part of the fee). Took Jim about 45 minutes to remove ice dam (incl. time to go get supplies he didn't bring w/ him). He charged me the full $600 price! I began calling him in April to find out when he was going to come replace the gutter he said he was including in the price. I have called over 20 times since. Zack Jackson called me back very apologetically, promising that he would have someone right out to take care of it. I work from home, so there is no way I missed them. They never came back. They just quit returning my calls. Their MO is obviously to take customer's money and run away without providing the services paid for. Take your needs elsewhere, so you don't get taken for a ride.

Don't bother and don't waste your time with this business. After several phone calls and emails and promises to start job "tomorrow " they never showed up. Lost two weeks dealing with them.
