Great company! My garage door opener went berserk after a power outage so I had to call Garage Doors Pros. It wasn’t the first time I used them. Normally they respond very fast, by email or texting an keep in touch until the appointment time. The arrived on time the next day and fixed the opener.

Also they gave a great guarantee for their products and service. The installation was performed by a very nice technician, to perfection. We called on Friday, and a nice young man came out fixed our garage door. Very professional friendly .

Overall decent job with reasonable price since the tech was here in a few hours of my call. The job to replace both springs, only one of which was broken, was done quickly, in about 30 min, but perhaps a bit too fast. When the old spring was loosened, the spring unwound uncontrolled, with some debris shooting out. Also, the tech threw the old springs on to my garage floor, making a big noise and dirtying up the floor. These 2 things I thought were unnecessary. But also, at least one of the springs were wound just a bit too much, evidenced by the fact that when manually closing the door about a third of the way down, it has a tendency of springing back to complete open position.

I hired a these people recently to replace my damaged garage door. They got back to me quickly and the team finished it up in one day. The work was high quality. I would hire them again if I had another job.

In three years we've had these repair company come to the house twice and we will use him when we replace our garage doors. These guys understands customer service as good as any one I've ever encountered. Also did a perfect job!
