Late, disruptive, and poor product.



The company videographer/photographer/owner arrived about 20-30 minutes late. While I was talking with clients, he interrupted me multiple times. He should have stood nearby to wait until I was finished speaking with the clients. Even after I asked him to not interrupt me, he did again.



He pointed out that spectators would be blocking the camera, and I gave him directions to have people move to prevent this. If he had come on time, he would have prevented the need to make people move. In the final product, people in front still blocked the frame.



I gave clear instructions to capture a wide-view video of the event so the camera would not have to move or pan. He asked me to look through the camera viewer to approve the frame, and I stated it was not wide enough to capture the whole field. He failed to widen the frame enough, but rather chose to jerkily pan the camera to capture subjects' movement, often misframing them (cutting off side of body, centering on lower body, etc).
