I chose this florist because of location. I wanted to send flowers to the Hilton Garden Inn across the parking lot from the flower shop. My girlfriend works there and I wanted the package delivered at a specific time. I wanted them to be delivered after 5pm. She starts work at 4:30 and I wanted the flowers delivered directly to her. Not a 'dump and run' like they did. The lady on the phone said she would deliver them herself to make sure they arrived after 5pm. Well, that didn't happen. They arrived way to early and dropped off at the desk. This is NOT what I wanted or arraigned. NOT HAPPY! I also wanted a personal note with the flowers. The message on the note was correct, but it looked like it was written by a 4th grader! It was horrible, terrible, not very professional at all! The flower basket was much small than I expected. For what I paid for the florist services and product, I expected alot more. I won't be using this florist again and can not recommend this place.
