I have never been disappointed with any of my experiences at Discount Tire, and I've been to many locations! However, this team seems to be the best I have experienced. I was helped by Cindy and Tom and they were awesome. Everyone is always so kind and knowledgeable and I never feel like I am being "up sold" but trust their recommendations completely. The warranty program has been a lifesaver for me on these rough roads and they are always able to get me in and out in such a reasonable amount of time. I never have good experiences when it comes to maintaining my car, except when it comes to my tires! I will be a life long customer! I highly recommend buying all of your tires from Discount and enrolling in the warranty program. A++++

Don't take your care their unless you have a clunker and don't care for it. Their tech lifted my car from the wrong location even though I told them to not lift it from those locations and they managed to damage/bend the side molding/ground effect with the supporting metal under it. The manager (KEVIN) would only cover 1/2 of the repairs saying that I had bottomed out the car before they touched it which complety unrealistic since I am the only driver and I would know if I had bottomed out my car, additionaly if the car was bottomed out the whole length of the ground effect molding would be bent and not just a localised dent......anyhow a big pain to deal with right now. I will attempt to contact their coporate office to seek mediation. If I succeed I will come back and update this post. For now avoid this place, they are more concerned about throughput than caring about your car.
