Located in Ann Arbor, Mich., Ann Arbor Academy is a coeducational, private school, serving children with learning difficulties, from all over southeastern Michigan. Founded in 1997, it serves students from all over southeastern Michigan, and has classes grades four through 12. It offers a comprehensive academic program that focuses on remediation, and strengthening language-based processing skills. Students are taught to their abilities, with an emphasis on creative activities. As a result, the academy has had, from its inception, a strong fine and performing arts program. Ann Arbor Academy balances strong academics with opportunities for students to discover and pursue individual talents and interests.
