We took our 2018 Traverse there to get a trailer hitch put on. We schedule the appointment and they got right to work when my husband arrived with the vehicle. After awhile they came out to tell my husband that the part that was ordered to put the hitch on was damaged. It was welded wrong and they couldn’t use it. They said they would have to order a new one and get him rescheduled. It wasn’t what we wanted to hear but we understood. Then while my husband was at the counter getting ready to reschedule the owner (a woman) came out and told my husband that “my guys are not going to go through all that work again, we will not reschedule you and we will just refund your money”. My husband was shocked, he told her that he really needed to get a hitch put on and she told him, “well, not by us!”

I can’t believe they just sent us away! I guess we will give someone else our money! Any recommendations of a place that actually wants customers??
