I made an appointment a week out for a Monday morning at 11am, having to schedule time off work to be present for the estimate on replacing my home windows. On Sunday morning I received a voice message asking me to call back to confirm the appointment. I called back 15 minutes later and was told they no longer had an appointment for the time I had scheduled and offered to give me a "video book" to apologize. What?! I don't want a book, I wanted Hanson's to honor the appointment they made with me. If they can't be trusted to keep an appointment, I suspect there is more to distrust...

We had a wonderful experience with Hanson's, replacing all our windows in our newly bought house! Our project manager, Joe was outstanding. He was very nice, open and very informative. The crew installing were also very nice and clean. This experience was better than expected and we will deal with Hansons for the rest of our remodeling needs!!!!! Thank you so much for the Fabulous windows!!!

Great company and great service. We had 26 windows installed and siding put up as well. We had an extremely positive experience starting with our salesman, Charlie, and it was carried through by the window installation crew, the siding installation crew, and finally your office staff. Everyone was cheerful, helpful, and took the time to keep us informed every step of the way. Our property was a difficult house to work on as it is three stories in the back and is structured such that is was hard maneuvering ladders and reaching some of the areas. We had some bad weather in the middle of the siding job, but the crew persevered and worked as much as they could in the elements. When the job was finished, the crews thoroughly cleaned up the worksite. The end result is a beautiful house that feels brand new!!! I wanted to make sure that I passed along how happy we were with Hansons and will not hesitate to recommend the company to our friends and family.
