Apparently the Ankeny Petsmart has some new employees cutting dogs hair. They knew nothing about what our breed should look like. Also, the trim that they did is completely uneven / crooked. Spoke with management only to have them waste my time with excuses. Lost business from loyal customers due to inexperienced staff and poor management.
