Have a 3 year guarantee, but no one to honor it, called 278-0000, say's MR Rooter is not in business in this DM area. Other affiliates will not honor it either. So take that for what's its worth. But the honest truth, from a customer that spent thousands for their so called Guaranteed work and services. Would not recommend Mr Rooter. A guarantee or contract from Mr Rooter must not worth the paper its printed on and or the company that stands behind it.
