I take my son and daughter here to Dr Moeller. She is great with them. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Staff is friendly.

Been going here for years. Its been a revolving door of doctors. Up until recently, the care was acceptable but now I get lectured and everything now leads to "possible surgery" for a torn shoulder. Now I get a letter in the mail trying to strong arm me to come back soon or else they'll dump me. I'll be finding a new doctor.

I accompanied a relative to their appointment a few weeks ago and was shocked at the treatment they received. They were given a lecture and not respected for their opinion. They want to spend your money and your insurance companies very quickly. What happened to respect and treating people with dignity? They do not. She was treated like a textbook. People aren't textbook cases and They provide a service and are paid by the patients they should remember how they treat someone reflects on the practice. the staff was rude, service lacks in every way. She later told me that she used to like going to this practice, but that the doctors that patients all liked had left and she had been assigned 3 different doctors because of this. We tried to get her an appointment on a Saturday called at opening and couldnt get through, after 10 minutes we were able to speak to someone and they said they were booked. They open at 9 am how could you book full until noon in ten minutes or less? The wait itme is long and there is never any one in the waiting area.Poor service in every way.If I remember correctly their Hippocratic oath says something about do no harm? Lack of respect and lecturing someone doesn't give one a since of dignity and respect. I wonder how they would like it if the "shoe was on the other foot?" I speak for her and myself DONT GO HERE - THEY ARE UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! THEY GIVE THE CARING AND COMPASSIONATE DOCTORS IN THIS WORLD A BAD NAME!!

I have been a patient of Delaware Family Medicine since moving to Iowa over 5 years ago. The level of care and professionalism has progressively decreased and has reached a new low. As an adult who cares and invests in my personal health, I do not receive lecturing from the staff well. I do not appreciate the demeanor of the front office staff and find the office manager to be insensitive and unwelcoming. The staff and doctors need to be reminded that they offer a SERVICE and are not the only healthcare resource availalbe to the public. Qualified doctors have recently left this practice and it is now just falling apart. The level of service is minimal and it is very obvious that their goal is to charge for as much as possible without taking any reponsibility for errors, bad diagnosis, or poor service. I would not recommend Delaware Family Medicine to anyone.

I really love this clinic. It was recommended to me by a co-worker and even thou that Dr. wasn't accepting new patients at the time, we work paired with Dr. Katherine Sullivan. She is wonderful with our son. She, herself, came to the hospital when our son was born and she takes the time to answer any and all of our questions. Her nurse, Mindy, is amazing as well. I couldn't ask for a better Dr. for our baby boy. The office is clean and the staff are very friendly.

This is absolutely the worst family practice I have ever been to. I was thinking about transferring my daughters and my care to here. But then I went in for a check up and Dr. Goble was incredibly unprofessional and she was very rude and she acted like she hadn't even heard of medical school. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone! If you do decide to go here I really hope that she is more professional to you.
