Extra Charges

I rented a skidloader and returned it one hour late. The worker said it would be fine so we dropped it off, but then we got charged for a full extra day. I put on an hour of light use and he also charged me for a flat tire and an empty tank. I called to get reimbursed and he wouldn't listen to anything I said and just argued with me. I agree with Wendy, DO NOT rent from this company!!!!

CROOK!

Rented a trailer and the tire went flat hundreds of miles from home. He tried to have the tire repaired only to be told that the sidewall was splitting and had been previously plugged...which apparently is an inappropriate way to repair a tire. He replaced the tire and when he returned the owner refused to reimburse for the tire OR return the tire he had bought! So he essentially STOLE merchandise purchased by the renter. He had complete disregard for my family's safety, put them on the road with substandard equipment and then stole from us. DO NOT rent from this company!!!!
