I don't know why these guys are so angry and rude all the time. You'd think they would want to please customers and welcome new business. I guess when you're one of only a handful of auto shops in the area you can be unprofessional, unhelpful, and have a bad attitude. I mean, I'm sure they have their loyal customers they've known for years who probably have the same close minded angry attitude that they do.

I have never been treated so horribly. I blew a tire on the way to work and got dropped off here by the police. They towed my car to their garage, but didn't tell me until after that they didn't have tires in stock. If I'd known that I would have just waited for a spare, I was just trying to get to work. So I explained my frustration, not mad that you don't have the tire, just frustrated that I didn't know before the tow. He blamed me for accusing him of not helping me when I came in there and asked for help, and telling me that I'm trying to "turn it around". I told him I wasn't trying to do that, I just wish I knew beforehand. He said "and what makes you think I need to tell you that?" I was getting upset because he was yelling at me, and I just wanted to leave, so I asked him how much I owed him, .He responded with "Don't worry about it, we'll take your car right back to the side of the road where we got it" So I went outside to find the tow guy, and the man, Scott, followed me outside and proceeded to tell me "never come back here for help ever again, you just blew it", and went inside. I'm 22, small and blonde and he was going to put me back on the side of a back road by myself with a broke-down car. Luckily the tow guy was very nice and dropped me and my car off at the park and ride in Andover.
