Worst dry cleaner ever! Dropped off 4 cashmere sweaters and 1 black wool winter coat. At pickup I could see that coat didn't look clean so I took everything out--all still dirty, worse than when I dropped them off--still had spots and now lots of dust, human hair, pet hair all over as if dropped on a dirty floor. Sweaters had new dark sticky black dots all over them too. WORST of all--cashmere cardigan now had hole within the fabric--NOT present when I dropped it off! Mgr not there so was to call me--never did so I had to call her. She & owner would NOT take responsibility nor repair/replace my cardigan. Only gave a pitiful $7 discount & cleaned again-still dirty! Sweater RUINED!! HORRID!
