They sell faulty equipment and have awful service!

They sold us a piece of crap water pump which promptly died. Then the replacement broke down a month later. They waited until the last minute, 2pm the day of our appointment, to inform us that they could not keep the appointment. That was the day before Thanksgiving, leaving us with no water through Thanksgiving weekend despite it being explained that the wife is disabled.

Fast, Reliable, Fair Price. These guys were great! They responded quickly, explained the work and price to me and cleaned up when they were done. Will use again and recommend them.

Very disappointed. Yellow page ad said 24 hour emergency service and since water was leaking from my ceiling I thought that would qualify as an emergency. Was told the earliest anyone could get to me was 2 days out. Please don't falsely advertize something you are not able to follow through on.
