Not terrible service, but be careful. Make sure you get a price on every service before you authorize. I used this location as a convenience while traveling and was quite shocked at the cost of an oil change advertised for 19.99 and an air filter change (46.99 total). The air filter did need changing, and as I was out of town and away from my garage, I told them to change it without asking a price. Upon inquiring as to why the total price was so high, I was told that the air filter cost alone was 21.99. I knew that the filter was 9.99 at every Walmart that I had bought one from before, but as I have said, I was traveling so I just paid the bill. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. This experience with Spee Dee was the first and last with me. It was my fault that I did not get the price for the air filter, so no animosity there. I just wanted to let everyone know that you had better get prices before authorizing any service at this location.
