Horrible service. Sold me a $4000 car that broke down within 2 weeks and they didn't fix it properly even though it was supposed to have a year warranty (and I have the paperwork to prove it). He said that nothing was wrong with it, then told me he would replace the fuel pump and ignition with another car on his lot (Note: that car broke down on me when I was test driving it!!) Asked to "keep it a few days to see what will happen", but I have to have a car and he wouldn't provide another car off his lot for me to drive in the meantime or provide a rental! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!!

I asked for my money back and he said "Nope, I can't do that." I guess money is more important that reputation to him!

Went and filed papers to sue them today in small claims court! Very disgruntled!

Mitch Smith Auto Service keeps all of our vehicles in excellent condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable price.
