I have used this company several times over the past 20 years and they are not the same company that they used to be. The service and install have been TERRIBLE. They never follow up with my calls and when you do talk to someone they make all kinds of excuses for their poor work. Talked to the owner Cliff and he is the worst of all of them VERY RUDE ! They have seen the last of my business and I will certainly be telling everyone I know not to use them.

I had several good experiences with them up until this month. Starting eith the guy who came out to measure not writing down what I asked him to & ending with Steve making all kinds of excuses for poor installation. Won't be using them again.

Great service, huge choice of top grade beautiful carpet. Quick delivery and expert installation! Price was wonderful....half of other places.

mill direct would be good,If you like well aged second quality goods with flaws..

great prices , friendly people , saved 1500.00 from the guys on tv !!! and the had the carpet in drive !!!
