I have been a resident of Sheridan Apartments in Fairbanks for three years now. Besides the rent being good for the location and appearance of the apartments there is not much else to be satisfied with. The residential service here is substandard. Whenever there are malfunctions I usually have to call several times in order to get someone to come out. During the winter they are very slow in getting snow removed in crucial places constantly causing safety issues. I only keep my family in these units because I am military and only have a year or so left in Alaska. The money I save each month in rent is almost not worth the poor service from the management.
