These guys are great. Extreme attention to detail. Very easy to talk to and work with. They show up on time and deliver exactly what they say they will. 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for window/door work.

I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen of Alaska. I had an excellent installation team including Jacob, Nick & Dan who replaced five windows in my house. Very professional. Great attention to detail. Windows look better than originals. I appreciate that they took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Though cost was higher than other contractors, I think it was well worth it and will definitely use again.

I just had my kitchen window replaced by installers Jacob T., Cody C., and Cornelius D. I couldn't be happier. They were very professional and competent, very pleasant, and wore their masks. Jacob wanted to make sure I was comfortable with them being in my home. He went above and beyond what was necessary with the job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Renewal replaced all of our windows and our patio door and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the professionalism of the entire team, and the windows! Bobby and Austin were our main installers and they had help from Mike D and his crew, and Jacob T and his crew to ensure our project was completed in the promised time span. All of the people from Renewal who came by our house were respectful of our home and our health. They all wore masks, put drop cloths on the floors, and cleaned as they were going. So nice to not need to clean up behind them all week. Even our driveway was covered to keep their work areas clean! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to give their house an upgrade. Ours sure got a glow-up!

We recently had our windows replaced by Renewal by Anderson and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Joryn Felicetty, our design consultant spent 4 hours with us designing and redesigning doors and windows until we come up with the perfect finished product! We talked and laughed and it felt like we had been friends for years. The communication through the whole process was spot on and anytime we had questions we were directed to the proper people and they were answered in a timely manner. The day of the install we were contacted before the team left Anchorage and were given an accurate time of when they would arrive. Josh and his team including Jordan, Cody and Austin were fantastic to work with. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable! Now for the windows, they are the best of the best! We were very impressed on the day of install with the quality, so impressed with the whole experience and quality that we decided to have the one window we had left out also redone! We also requested to have Joryn come help us design and Josh's team do the installation! Don't let the price scare you, going with Renewal by Anderson is worth every penny!!

Just got our windows and door installed! What a whirlwind experience. The attention to detail and professionalism of Roland and Austin went above and beyond. Given current circumstance, my son was home with me and naturally curious about the process. Roland and Austin were generous, engaging with him and not making him feel in the way. And now we have beautiful new pieces that will last for years to come. Very happy with the decision to move forward with Renewal by Andersen of Alaska.

Roland R and Austin L did an amazing job installing my windows. They quickly completed the baby room to ensure we had a place for the baby while they worked. They answered all questions and were very informative. They left my house clean and I would definitely use them again.

Great job by Mike D. and Donovan K. We had 5 windows put in and was supposed to have a patio door put in, but the door came damaged and could not be put in at this time. Am very happy with the job on the windows. Can't wait for the door to be installed. Very professional guys.

I got my new windows in January
2020, the installation crew, Mike D and Jake H, were great. They were knowledgeable, competent, were really good in communicating with me (I had a lot of questions), very respectful and did great with my large and loud dogs. I have aquariums next to one window and they took that into consideration with trying to keep the hold closed as much as possible when switching windows and covering the tanks. I would absolutely recommend them. My windows look great, and hold the heat so much better than my old windows.

Joryn was our sales guy and wasn’t pushy or rude. He clearly explained the pros of going with Anderson’s windows and left the decision to us. As a result we bought 10 windows.
The installation team was amazing! Roland, Austin and Donovan where quick, professional and left the house looking better than When they started.

We had 12 windows and a Patio door replaced on our 45-year old house. They look WONDERFUL! Wayne M., Tracy D. and Nick B. did a great job on the removal of the old and installation of the new. They were on time, polite and always made sure I knew what they were doing. They are a great team and did excellent work!

From start to finish excellent company to work with. Roland and James did an excellent job installing my window.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mike H. and Jeffrey. These guys installed my new windows and they look Beautiful! It looks like a brand new house:) Thank you guys for your excellent customer service and hard work.

We recently had a bay window installed & the process from sales to completion was handled professionally & efficiently! Our salesman Jesse was very knowledgeable & Kyle was in contact through the entire process. Brett made sure measurements were correct. Mike H., Jeff, & Randy removed the old window and were extremely careful of not damaging any area of our home inside & out. Wayne M. & Tracy D finished up in a professional, caring & considerate manner. Everyone we worked with deserves a big thanks from us for giving us a great bay window addition to our home!
