They went the extra mile for my son and are real people being productive in our society

Are you kidding me? R and E sells inexpensive cars and finances them. I also have purchased a vehicle from them. I asked them what they had done to the truck and they showed me the shop ticket showing all the work. Plus they arranged financing when I never thought I'd get financed again. (I have had some credit problems in the past) They took great care of me. Reality is a used car is a used car. The only thing a dealer can do is attempt to have good cars and trucks on their lot. If they actually send them to a shop to check them out I think its one good step toward protecting me.



There are always haters out there and people that think a 100000 mile truck should act and run like it did when it was new. People that's not reality. They did me a great job a truly great job

I found a particular vehicle on R&E's site that I wanted to check out, but it was gone when I got there a couple hours later. I then made the mistake of agreeing to let the owner show me a few other cars, and since the site had listed prices (although the cars actually on the lot didn't), I figured it would be fairly straightforward. Nope. I told him my price range and what I was looking for, based on my research, and he immediately scoffed at that before tossing in a little casual racism ("don't buy from Craigslist, they're all Russians") and deliberately showing me cars well outside my price range. Except he wouldn't tell me the prices at all until I repeatedly asked, as if--because I'm a young woman--he could trick me into falling in love with a car I couldn't afford. I finally left when his condescending attitude turned into straight-up rudeness ("I'm not going to stand around playing games with you, all 'what does it cost'").

Awful service- rude, and not helpful at all. Sold me a car that needed a lot of work and lied to me about it and over-charged. Nothing but horrible service from this place.
