use this company if you want to have them come back a couple days later & then still not do the job good where you then end up removing all the furniture for the 3rd time to do it yourself!!!

At powerclean we pride our selves on doing the job right. It is unfortunate that you had this experience with our company. At PowerClean we have invested in the most expensive systems available for cleaning carpets. We use the same cleaning solutions that are standard for our industry. When a technician cleans your carpet and has to go back and redo the work they do not get paid for thier time. It credits our company that we willingly go back and take care of any customer complaint. I have gone 4 months without a redo and in which i have cleaned upwards of 400 carpets with an array of situations. I once again appologize for your bad experience and wish you the best for the future.
