I have a Scotty and anyone who owns a terrier knows they are very picky about who they trust. Jordan from the first visit picked him up and cuddled him with her face nuzzled next to his, I froze with some fear that she may lose the tip of her nose. I had the same fear when I took my kids to the dentist. She is kind and gentle and he responds to her as if she were one of the family. I use to take him to the groomer on Northern Lights, the second visit there when the girl took ahold of his leach he snapped at her, I knew then that we should turn around and leave. He had never shown any aggresive behavior in the past. I knew he was afraid of them. I will never take my dog to anyone else but Jordan.

I highly recomend Pets by Mischa. I have a long-haired cat that had matted hair. I called around to find out who would groom cats. As it turned out, Pets by Mischa had the best price--about $10 less than Petco. They also let me pick up my cat after hours at their home. They gave my cat a beautiful lion cut. I tiped them the $10 that I saved by using their shop. Anyone who gives my tom cat a haircut deserves a tip. They said he didn't even scratch them. Excellent customer service!
