Bad customer service , I felt like I wasn't welcome when I tried to make a reservation . Lady has no professional phone skills. Not organized. Lady goes on telling me her life story on why she can't get the place cleaned up in time . I offered to call an hour later and she said she still wouldn't be done and there's no point too . Basically hinted me to find another place . Wow
