Summer 2011, as part of a grand Alaska vacation from the lower 48, we were preparing to drive the infamous Dalton Highway to Prudhoe Bay. While in Anchorage we had Mobile Trailer repack the wheel bearings on our 1991 Bigfoot trailer. We also asked for spare sets of bearings, just in case. Ray not only provided the spare bearings, he pregreased them for us. We asked him to replace the air conditioner gasket, which we thought might be the source of a roof leak. He reported back that the gasket was not leaking and did not need replacing. No charge for the diagnosis. One of our trailer hubs was hot when we reached Fairbanks. We called Ray. He correctly diagnosed a brake out of adjustment and talked us through the adjustment process. Now that is service!
