I brought in 3 pairs of black shoes, one of which was a pair on which I had accidentally removed some of the finish with nail polish remover (bad intel) while trying to remove some mystery sticky splatter. Era (?) informed me that the shoes were not leather but vinyl, but he would see what he could do. He worked a miracle! All three of the shoes I brought in look like new! Nice guy, great service and a charming shop!

This guy is completely rude! Avoid this place at all costs. There are planty of other places in Anchorage that do shoe repair.
