Stopped by for some pre- winter blizzards and got perfection. Very friendly service and will definitely go back soon.

This Dairy Queen is most likely the nastiest DQ I've ever seen. The workers look and act like felons from some halfway house somewhere. Apparently there is no customer service training at all. I waited inside for 20 minutes for a cone, while two female workers stood idly by and chatted. When I asked for service, both went in different directions, neither helping me. I will not be returning with my children nor with anyone. Shame.

After an extended hiatus of several years, Dairy Queen returned to Anchorage, AK. The drive-thru line wrapped around the block and was like that for months. My wife and I were there on Day 2 and stood in line for over an hour. We felt it was worth it. They experienced quite a few growing pains and we went back for our third visit since they opened. It wasn't a bad experience, but no one there seems to have a handle on cleanliness. Tables aren't wiped off and greasy french fries, used napkins, various wrappers, lie on the floor till quittin' time. Someone should stop by the rest rooms occasionally and spiff them up. The hand, blow dryers are NOT a substitute for paper towels. With no paper towels, NO ONE will wait for their hands to "blow dry." It, too easy to go back to work without bothering. The owner should spend some time there. You generally can't expect high school kids to run a business the way you'd hope they would.

DairyQueen has good burgers,fabulous chicken and gravy.

Great flavor burgers for fast food. Good Breakfaast.
