I've used Arctic Painting and Contracting for several jobs, and I and my clients have been very well satisfied. I sell real estate, and often, sellers want some painting and/or remodeling done. When sellers choose AP&C, they like what they get. AP&C recently painted and patched up a rental unit now on sale. It looks great; all the fist-sized holes were patched along with the small stuff. And the final result makes the place look good as new.
