Being a military family we travel. In our travels we always visit an Applebee‘s restaurant. However, the Applebee’s in Anchorage by far has - the .worst. service.



The one’s in Debarr and Credit Union Dr.; lousy service, dirty utensils, very dirty tables, seats, and under tables; super slow service, attitude -ridden waitresses.



Example; Debarr- my daughter (11) and I went to eat lunch. My daughter was not done eating her salad, the waitress takes away, I informed her that she’s not done, she said, “come’ on it’s only a salad” spoke to manager, gave me two free entrees on the house, never went back to redeem.



Not recommendable.



The one on Credit union; dirty glass, stuff floating, sent back, received food cold sent back, didn’t receive full order, waited finally just wanted to pay and leave. However, mysteriously my card all of the sudden did not go through. Had to leave family (husband and children in search of ATM) never will recommend.





Bottom line; order, service and cleanliness awful.

i have to agree about the service! My boyfriend was brought the wrong dinner and it took forever to bring the right one. i was nearly done with my meal when we called a manager (his still hasn't arrived) and asked them how they were going to fix it and manager basically told us if we weren't happy there are other places to eat. i was shocked and we paid for my food and left.

carside service is nice, but food is incorrect everytime. From melted styrofoam bowls, to nasty lettuce. Service inside is lacking.
