Very helpful on phone. Ordered a PMD and remote kit for my truck in Fairbanks. Paid for overnight to Fairbanks on Wednesday, didn't show up Friday. Called on Monday, owner, Jeff, had lost my paperwork with home address, phone number and ALL credit card info on it. Re-ordered part. No offer made to provide free shipping or a break on the parts. Now that credit card is compromised and based on attitude from them, canceled order. Have to get new credit card. Then found out Jeff had supposedly found original paperwork and didn't bother to call and tell me. Nice. While I would much rather spend my money in Alaska, this is one place I will not deal with again. I will take my chances from the lower 48. No offer to make things right. "Sorry it did not work out" was what I got from Jeff.
