Horrible service!

They dont have the option for no starts- so I have to pick one.

I tried this bail business and then when it came time to get my money back, they refused to give it back. They never made any communication with me from the time I bailed out, to the time my case was done with. They say they call and remind you of court dates and offer rides- well not once did they do any of that. They are a dirty business and I'd reccomend you go anywhere else but here. Good Communication & being honest goes a long ways. They fail at both.

E.L. paid the 10% of the bail bond amount which is called premium. Premium is the service fee for getting someone out of jail and that is the extent of what that money is for, just as all insurance premiums, it is non-refundable once the service is used. Good customer service was that 2B Bail Bonds allowed E.L. to be released prior to paying and didn't mandate pre-payment even at the risk to the company to help her out. Good customer service was that 2B Bail Bonds waited for her to be released according to her own statement to the owner. Good customer service is not charging anything for collateral to secure the bond and not charging anything in addition to the Division of Insurance mandated 10% and a receipt was given. E.L. did not follow up as directed to appear the following day at 2B Bail Bonds office to fill out the required bail bond paperwork so 2B Bail Bonds had no further contact information for E.L. In addition - rides to court are on a request basis and are free of charge as a courtesy from the company. If no phone call was made to 2B Bail Bonds requesting this service then we do not know someone needs it. Just as with doctor offices that call to remind one of doctor visits; it is also a free courtesy service and if 2B Bail Bonds has no contact information this free service cannot be utilized. In the end these two services are not paid for out of the premium and ultimately the client's responsibility to know when they are supposed to be at court and get their self there. There was nothing done that was not honest and 2B Bail Bonds helped this client as much as the client allowed. Premiums are not refunded dependent upon outcome of case unless the client fails to show up at court in which negative consequences will occur and money is still not refunded. That would be like asking your car insurance company to refund your monthly premiums because you did not get in an accident. That is not how insurance works. The point is: 2B Bail Bonds bailed this young lady out as requested and as paid for and fulfilled all paid for services as mandated by the Division of Insurance. As suggested to this young lady, if anyone ever thinks they are owed money, or paid too much money, or anything that is illegal or dishonest when dealing with a bail bond company then we encourage everyone to contact the Division of Insurance - Bill Morris, Investigator III at 907-269-3985. 2B Bail Bonds strives for excellent customer service which is why we go above and beyond to help clients get out of jail and get back to their lives just as we did in this instance. We hope this young lady never requires the services of a bail bond company again and that she has a wonderful New Year. Any further questions can be directed to Tina, Owner, 907-222-6789 at any time day or night including holidays.
