Provided by YP.comI would actually give them a zero but the site wouldn't allow that. My tankless water heater on my 3 unit building was not working so Ritz came out. On the phone they said they knew about tankless water heaters and how to repair them. After quickly looking at the water heater, they told me it was completely finished and could not be repaired, that the Rinnai brand was a very bad brand and that's why it did not last me longer than 2 years. They told me I needed a new one and they had a better one and that they needed to put in a water filtering system with it. They pressured me to sign. They were planning to charge me $7400. They cut all the pipes so no water could be used thereby ensuring they would have the job and I couldn't cancel it. My husband rushed home and made them tear up the contract.
It cost me $550 to repair the mess of the cut pipes. Another plumber had the water heater fixed completely in a couple of hours. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST.
