Awful faulty work.



After a few weeks, the weather stripping pealed away and was starting to leak. I called, asked them about there "Lifetime warranty on workmanship", and he said that's a part, and it costs $80. I said wait, you are going to charge me to replace a part? It's was 3 weeks, and its coming off the window, that's a workmanship issue, not a part issue. He refused to fix his mistake, and basically I need to have the job redone. Money completely wasted on a repair that needs redoing.

These guys have the best price in town. They came to my work and replaced my front driver window in under an hour. They even made sure to clean up all the glass out of my car. I was very impress with their work and definately will use them again.

I had to get the front passenger window replaced on my Jeep Grand Cherokee asap and the only company that responded fast was New World Auto Glass. They came within the next the hour replaced the window and cleaned out glass. The service I received today was great and they deserve a 5 star rating from me. By the way, the price was very affordable too! I will call them again in the future if I needed their service.

I called these guys to today to replace my windshield on my Dodge Charger. They gave me a very reasonable price and they included free mobile service. I was able to get someone out the same day to replace the windshield which was great. I appreciate the fast response New World Auto Glass.

Fast and reasonable. I called Monday to make an appointment and they were out the next day at my work. They installed it while I was working and it was ready for me to drive home after work. How convenient is that? I hate those long waits at the shop, so as soon as I found out they were mobile it was great news. The windshield looks really good and I haven't had a problem with any leaks. They did a fantastic job and I would definately call them again.

Can't be beat for convenience, even if the price isn't the cheapest in town. They came to my job and replaced my windshield while I was working. They vacuumed and cleaned the interior, the technician explained everything he did and I've never had a problem with the window. I was so impressed, I now call them whenever our work vans need windows replaced or fixed. Good quality, great convenience and prices that are in line with everyone else in town. You don't really want to use the cheapest guys anyway because their glass isn't always top quality.
