go to trip advisor and see how wrong someone can be below. Mickey worked with R. Buckminster Fuller for 16 years who got the medal of Freedom from President Reagan and invented the geodesic dome. This service is cheaper and easy to use. They use clean air vans. They are well maintained and safe. There is 1.5 million dollars of insurance on 9 passengers and you pay after the ride so it is impossible for you to be unhappy or you do not have to pay.

I sent email asking about a ride for me from Disneyland to the airport and they sent an email full of useless information about how people can be picked up at the airport. When I replied that they didn't read my email they sent back rude message "I did the amount of persons is missing, good luck.

Now that I read other reviews I think I dodged a bullet.

STAY AWAY !!! WARNING. This Shuttle is a JOKE! You get what you pay for a run down old VAN ! YUCK !!! "You get what you pay for," A Run down Dodge van that should read last resort !... Next time I'm in town. I will be sure and pay for a nicer shuttle. A real shuttle company. That guy Micheal Mitchel (Mickey) is a creepy old dude.He kept checking me out like was a piece of meat, CREEPY ! I love how this company uses the "Mickey "name to associate themselves with Disneyland. I sure got fooled. Lesson learned .... Whoever reads this you have been WARNED!!!!
