Can't say enough about the DFX Sports products. I am a graphic designer who spends 10-14 hours a day working on a computer. I used to have my wrist ache all night. Now I have learned to take a few 5 minute breaks during the day to exercise my wrist and forearms with the DFX Sports Powerball. It helps with circulation of my hands, fingers and wrist. which is helping me to works faster and also took away my wrist pain at the end of the day.

powerballs are pretty cool you auctually get a real good work out in your forarms and trisepts. everyone should own a powerball!!!

This place is pretty snazzy! THey have SOO many cool gadgets and tools that help and improve the strengthening of your hands, arms, forearms, and shoulders!



Maybe a rock climbers heaven! I learned there that, their products have many unique rehabilitation effects on us when we use them. Such as CARPAL TUNNEL, Fibromyalgia, Tennis Elbow, Tenitus, and White Finger syndrome! ITs helps increase blood flow to your hands and shoulders which is a big plus, seeing as there are very FEW products that can actually increase blood flow to your shoulders!!!
