Our service provider Kellon S was on time, walked us through the process, was deliberate and paced in completing the work. This was so important as my wife and I had multiple appointments that day. I also appreciated the detailed service report listing the chemical applications.

Saul Zarate was super helpful. I don’t usually have specific treatment requests, but this time I did and he made a suggestion to fix our bug problem and did the extra bit of work happily.

Tyler Geertsma is a very presentable & a professional reps. Worked on the pest problem & gave out recommendations. Delivers what they promised. Satisfied with the outcome until the next schedule visits.

Simo Turkich was on time and very professional. He did an awesome job spraying our house for bugs and creepy crawleys.

Charles Horn came right at the estimated arrival time that he provided to the call-center. Courteous and friendly!

My service rep Samuel Williams was excellent. Awesome personality and very thorough. Hope he comes back to our house at the next service.

Luis Noriega was very friendly.He and his partner arrived, were friendly, and very easy to talk to. They went right to work and got each side of the base of the house. They even sprayed along the bottom of the pool, where I had seen a couple of black widows. I really appreciated that.

My service rep is Joseph Muscarello and he went above and beyond what was expected of him. He called before and came and at exactly his time scheduled and since we had a busy day that was important. He covered everyone of my concerns and very friendly also. Thank you Joseph.

Sage Khalil did a great job, and was thorough. He went around the property and didn't miss any area. He was polite and professional.

**I have only just started with Aptive. My first visit was Friday. Weston showed up on time, was very professional, asking me what my concerns were and explaining what he was going to do. He was friendly and efficient. I would rate higher, but I don't really know much about the company yet.

Luis Noriega reported the ant nests to me, what he did to get rid of them, and how he treated the entire property. He was friendly, professional, and appeared competent at his duties.

I was so happy to learn that Aptive Environmental would come out on the 4th of July. Kevin Arroyo showed up on time, called ahead, and was incredibly thorough. He explained everything to me and I have immediately seen results. Thank you! So glad I found Aptive Environmental

Our first couple quarters with Aptive did not go well and we were ready to cancel our service, Terrell Flowers has been the difference maker and he is always very prompt, courteous and professional and sends us a text message and/or calls before arrival. All the reps were friendly & professional. I wasn't completely happy with the initial service. When I called the office, they were quick to set-up a re-spray at no charge. Javier Mendez showed up on time and did a very thorough job along with his trainee. I will continue to monitor their service, but so far so good!
