I used this company during the past 6 months. They provided outstanding services on both occasions. Their workers were prompt, pleasant and very thorough. I negotiated the contract with Dennis who I found to be very reliable and easy to work with. Their price was reasonable as well. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

good service with the best price i could find. To those who want their yards to be totally intact, find someone and pay maybe twice the price. If chopping down a tree is the focus, this is the people you should call.

Don't be taken by their cheap price. you get what you pay for! A 6 hr job took 1 1/2 hrs. so much damage done to my property! Electical, garden lites broken, wires sticking out of the ground.

There is nothing professional about them other then taking your money. Small claims court here I come.

Fast and very professional!

As an older woman, I'm constantly aware of local businesses that try to take advantage of me by overcharging or exaggerating services needed. Branching out is NOT one of these businesses. In fact they actually prevented me from being taken advantage of by two of my prior tree service estimates.

Their price was very doable and they worked fast and efficiently. I actually had fun watching them clean up my leaning trees (2 Maples).

If you're a woman and you need a tree service you can trust not to pull any wool over your eyes, I highly recommend Branching Out. I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed more work done.

Thank you for everything!

These guys were quick, thorough and came in way under budget for what I had expected.

I spoke to Glenn initially who met me in the morning before work.

He gave me some options to choose from after I told him my budget and set up the appointment for later in the week.

The crew was friendly enough but more importantly, they did an amazing job on my yard.

I had an oak that needed to be removed. They ground the stump to level and I plan on planting grass over the area in the spring.

Looks great and I am one happy customer. I will definitely hit these guys up in the future.

I've had a relationship with Branching Out since Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast. I met with Glenn who was extremely amicable - funny guy too.

For years prior, I had worked with another tree service that was much less polished.

In between that time, I shopped around quite a bit for odd jobs here and there (I live on 2 acres of partially wooded land). In terms of price, these are the go-to guys for value. They know what other tree services are charging and in most cases they'll match to fit your needs.

They were extremely flexible with my budget and were very honest the whole way through with what I could expect from the crew. Through my many tree removal and stump grinding needs, I've never been disappointed.

When it comes down to it though, what I enjoy most about Branching Out is their customer service. I can alway reach them quickly and that's important when you have a problem in your yard or an emergency that can't wait.

In the last year, I've recommended them to numerous friends, all of which were very satisfied. If you need a dependable tree service, this company makes your decision a no-brainer.

I had trees removed & they did a lot of damage to my yard, electrical, shrubs, etc. Told the job would take 6-8 hrs. only took 3 hrs. Would NOT recommend them to anyone!!!

This company works for a fair price but does NOT do FAIR work. We used them to cut down trees after the Sandy storm. They broke 2 squares of sidewalk cement and never came to repair it. They were called numerous times and we never got a call back. Finally had to file with Nassau County about this. Do not be taken advantage of, find someone else who will STAND BEHIND their work. This is no way to treat people, let alone senior citizens.

Cheap price and cheap service. Called and got a real quick quote from Dennis, who really did an outstanding job representing the company, explaining what could/could not be done. This was much better than the other 2 larger companies that some guys just came, grunted, handed me a yellow sheet and left. Based on this, I would have went with Branching Out regardless of price. Set the day up to take the tree down... get a call the day before that truck is out of service and won t be there to do it as scheduled. Okay, stuff happens. Leave off to get a call on Friday to reschedule. Friday comes and goes, Monday, Tuesday... I finally call because the tree is split and really needs to get down. Get an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday comes and it s after 4pm. We call to find out what is going on, speak with Office Manager, she tells us they will be here. Get a call a bit later, apologizing they never showed. Again, stuff happens. She offers to take $50 off for inconvenience, which is fine. Tells me they will be here 8am. Get a ring on the doorbell slightly after 7am Thursday morning... they re here. Great, let s get this thing down! They did a poor job cleaning up, did not cut the stump the way that the estimator said (flush cut even with ground due to lack of clearance since it is close to a retaining wall), and removed a portion of a temporary fence to keep a neighboring dog out of the yard. Can t tell you where this section of the fence went. Now I have to finish the job myself and clean up all of the leaves they left all over the front of my yard – the kicker was they had all the equipment out and just blew everything on my lawn. Next time I will pay for real professionals to do the job and not go with the cut-rate guy, despite how good of an impression I had at the start. Oh and by the way, I still got charged the full price - never got the $50 they said they would take off.

Update - finally heard back from them about the mess. Their response is they don't clean up after themselves. What kind people. The will give me my $50 that I was told I wasn't going to be charged though. How gracious.

Great service

Glen gave us a great price for four trees. The day of service they took the trees down, cleaned up the debris, and put my yard back together! Definitely a great service!
