Mr.Ray,
D.C. and I have been buying cars from you for as long as we have been married. The white Buick Centry is not running good and has not been doing good every since the 2nd day of having it. Now what I neeed to know is we are very loyal to you guys can and will you be just as loyal to us...We have had this car for only 3 weeks now I need you to make this right either we can bring it to you and you fix it OR I could bring it back and get something else! What is it goimg to be? I'm asking nicely before i have to tell D.C,he is a VERY SICK (ILL WISE) man.
Please I'm begging can you and I handle this without me having to upset him PLEASE,
