Such a friendly staff and always go above and beyond. I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem with scheduling or waiting to be seen. They take their time with you and answer all questions. Both of my children come here as well. Highly recommend.

The Bond Eye Clinic in Amite has terrible service. They called me and canceled my first appointment and they rescheduled me for a different day. When I went to my new appointment time I was waiting for about 20 minutes and asked if they were running behind. The girl at the front desk checks for me and tells me the computers may have been messed up and that my appointment was not in the computer and that I could wait an hour or so then tells me they could possibly see me. I did not understand why my appointment would not be in the system when they personally called me to reschedule. I will never return to this business. They are totally unperfessional and unorganized. They should have let me know that my appointment was not in the system when I signed in 10 minutes before my appointment was to begin.
