Dependable: they came out within 24 hours of my phone call. Efficient: they replaced defective part and had well pump up and running in less than 15 minutes. Charge for service: reasonable and affordable. If I ever need my well pump serviced in the future, I will certainly call Amite Pump & Well Supply to do the job.

Great service, very professional and courteous. They came out and got my water well going quickly. I recommend them to everyone.

When we call for service someone comes out the same day. People in the office have always been respectful and helpful. I would highly recommend

them.

These people are sketchy. We have been on the phone with them for two days, and they keep telling us they will come out or call us, only for us to find out hours later that they can't make it out. They never answer their phone, instead using voicemail to screen their calls, and are extremely unprofessional. Plumbers referred us to them, but I don't know what they were thinking. We cancelled other appointments after promises from this company that they would be out and are regretting it. We have been without water for 2 days, going on three, and still cannot get these people to commit to a time. Thanks for nothing, Amite Pump and Well Supply.
