I have had many opportunities to work with Shawn and Karen at Stairlift Headquarters and have been greatly impressed. As a social worker, I often make referrals, because of numerous positive experiences, impressive customer service, fair pricing and quality work provided..

Shawn and Karen are a pleasure to work with, and I have found them to be knowledgeable, honest, hardworking and passionate about advocating for the elderly and disabled. They often go the extra mile for their clients-making homevisits for precise evaluations,and working with programs that supply grants for low income/disabled people for home adaptions (which requires copious amounts of paperwork on their part). Their dedication enables their clients to maintain independence, and home safety while happily remaining at home. I would highly recommend this company.

I had them put a lift in the main part of our house for my mom. She could do the basement stairs but needed a stairlift for the main flight. I was really impressed with them. Price was way better then everybody else. they were just great to work with. very nice to my mom.



unfortunately My mom wound up having a stroke and then needed a lift for the basement to get up from the garage. I called them and they came out the same day. This time we went with a preowned.



Tthe installers were great. Joe did the first one, super professional, and Jon is installing the second one right now!!!
